Scenic Ridge Ranch

Today's Arizona Republic newspaper featured a half page ad on page A3 for Arizona Land & Ranches, Inc's Scenic Ridge Ranch. At the top of the ad was in big letters: Grand Opening November 7th and 8th only.

The property used to be the Chilcott Ranch. The Apache County property is located in Concho, Arizona. The company sales office is located 30 minutes away in Show Low.

Here is a video tour of Concho Arizona. The video shows the lay of the land down the road from the Scenic Ridge Ranch. Here is another video. That one is driving on the Highway 61 to Concho.

Arizona Land & Ranches bought the property from the Chilcott family and has been selling it off with different development names.

Arizona Department of Real Estate records show that Arizona Land & Ranches has three different marketing names with the ranch property for sale:

Registration Number: DM07-053492
Issued: 6-20-2007
Marketing Name: Windsor Valley Ranch, WVR, WV Ranch, High Meadow Ranch
Development Name: Windsor Valley Ranch Phase 1

Registration Number: DM09-054865
Issued: 3-16-2009
Marketing Name: Windsor Valley Ranch, WVR, Windsor Estates, Scenic Ridge
Development Name: Windsor Valley Ranch Phase 2 Unit 1

Registration Number: DM09-055100
Issued: 10-30-2009
Marketing Name: Windsor Valley Ranch, Valley View Ranch, Scenic Ridge
Development Name: Windsor Valley Ranch Phase II Unit 2

You should make sure to read the public report on the property. Follow this link the the real estate department's search developments page. Select the "Development Name" and then continue. On the next page you will enter in the "Legal Name" box: Windsor Valley Ranch. You then will see the legal published public reports from the info above.

Here is my blog posts on some of the above subdivisions: Windsor Valley Ranch, Windsor Estates, and High Meadow Ranch.
